Welcome to SetTrack — a mobile application designed to help you track your gym workouts, monitor your exercise progress, and log the weights you lift each session.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. By using SetTrack, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We collect the following types of information when you register or use SetTrack:

• Full Name — used to personalize your experience within the app
• Email Address — used for account creation, login, and communication
• Password — stored securely using industry-standard encryption (hashing); we never store plain-text passwords
• Workout Records — exercises performed, sets, reps, and weight (kg/lbs) per session that you log manually
• Plate Weight Data — the specific weight plates you use, entered by you to help calculate your total load

We do not collect your location, payment information, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the SetTrack service:

• Create and manage your personal account
• Store and display your workout history and progress
• Calculate total weight lifted per set based on plate data
• Allow you to review and edit your past exercise records
• Send important account notifications (e.g., password reset)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We apply the following security measures:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all your personal information and workout records will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

• Correction — update or correct your personal information at any time through the app settings
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdrawal of Consent — stop using the app and request data removal at any time

SetTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
